My icemaker problem
Maurio did the work well on this hopeful final visit after technicians have been here FIVE time! The repair started May 23 and finally finished on July 13th. I guess this has been all "TRIAL & ERROR" I'm glad I have the 5-year warranty!! A very frustrating two months without an icemaker and frozen water in the bottom tray. Hope I'm done seeing you guys!!!

Not enough man power for the work orders received
They day of assigned repair the phone rang twice then when unable to answer ( not even knowing it was Sears) was kicked down the list like an old tin can. Called the office iand was lied to because receptionist told me repairman would still be coming that day. He never came. The next morning waited till 4:45 pm for him to arrive not knowing when he would arrive. He threw to old parts in my garbage can and didn't properly close the lid ( it was still open. Not impressed with Sears Home Repair. However the fridge he repaired is working well.

Broken cover piece
Original tech that came out removed the cover and said he would fix that as well. Upon "completion" the cover was found to be broken and we still do not have one for the fridge.

Refrigerator repair
Second trip to repair refrigerator as part needed to be ordered. Two weeks later came back to install part. Tech said that the part may be faulty or his meter was not working as all similar parts were showing bad. When He left he said I hope we got lucky. Not words of encouragement after waiting two weeks to get the refrigerator working. Get him a new meter that actually diagnoses current issues.

Helpful techs unhelpful part deliveries
Tech installed new gasket on dishwasher, and noticed replacement spray arm was wrong one. He then reordered correct replacement spray arm, however part just arrived today and while packing slip lists correct part, the actual part in the shipment is an ice maker for a fridge. I'm unsure how to proceed.

Dishwasher Repair
I am totally pleased with Joey's service. He came in, cleaned the filter, and was on his way. No B.S. He called to let me know when he'd be here, which I Really appreciate. I couldn't be more pleased with Joey being prompt and business-like. He's a real professional. Many Thanks!

Range only work for 1 day.
Mr Gani came in stated the igniter was upside down set it right. It work whie he was there. The next day it never came on. Atempted couple of times. NOT HAPPY
