Technician is great, Sears service is horrible
Domingo, the technician, was highly responsible and skilled and determined to fix what he could. But I am 100% frustrated and disappointed with the service of his company, Sears. Through no fault of his, he came without ANY information about what he was supposed to fix, including that it was a repair job and NOT another diagnostic appointment. Sears sent him with NO information. Domingo had to wait 30 mins to have the work order sent to him from his company. Moreover, I called the company at least 3 times before his arrival for a variety of reasons 1) nobody showed up for a prior appointment the last technician scheduled but the company never got in touch with me to tell me the appointment would not take place because they said, when I called to find out who nobody showed up, that they only come when all the parts have arrived, but the first technician who diagnosed the fridge problems and ordered the parts, scheduled the appointment. Why didn't they tell me it was not a scheduled appointment until the parts arrive? 2) Sears didn't call me after I called twice because I was frustrated not to have accurate information and I was told someone would call me after 3 days from the parts department. They never did. 3) also, they rescheduled my appointment only AFTER I called them again telling them the parts had all arrived, though I was told explicitly they would contact me once the parts all arrived. They didn't. 4) It is impossible to speak to anyone in the company who can take responsibility for their terrible customer service. People at the call centers respond and tell you things, like I'm making a note of that in your file, only to have the technician show up without any information of what he's there to do. Sears showed total disorganization and complete lack of care for the customer.

fridgidaire repair
l am not one to complain and hope this review doesn't get to spencer saying it was us. parts had to be ordered. upon return only some parts had arrived. repairman seemed a bit testy as all wasn't available when he wanted, in fact snatched the only part (bagged) from my with a kinda of attitude. he didn't arrive until 5.30 and was supposed to be here between 8 and 5 working day. apparently he's the only engineer for our arrest. l don't want him again as an engineer it just seemed everything was an effort for him to do. the fridge was repaired but he left the mess for us to clean our fridge and area.

Dissatisfied with service!!!
If Darryl C had done the first call and cleaned out the clogged drain to the collection pan I wouldn't have waited over a month to have my fridge/freezer working again. Very dissatisfied with the service!!!

Messy
Nice guy but he left my kitchen a mess. Left without replacing racks in the oven, the lefts parts and trash on the counter.

Pray for Patience
The service guy should exercise a bit of patience regarding payments, as there are times when we are unavailable to settle the bill immediately since we are not present. He should allow us some time, ideally 5-7 minutes, to finalize the payment.

The technician completed the job and it appears that my refrigerator is working again. This assigned technician arrived at the appropriate time as expected. Unfortunately, I had make several calls for my issue; nonetheless, I was pleased with the technician who completed the task.

Refrigerator work
He is an awesome worker came to my house two times to fix my refrigerator. The only bad thing I will say is he said the next time it breaks I will have to replace my own refrigerator when IHe is an awesome worker came to my house two times to fix my refrigerator. That's the only thing I would say bad.

Technician doesn't like or is afraid of dogs.
Customers should know that this person does not like dogs so they can keep their dog away from him. The first time he came he said "she got right in my face." (He was on the floor in front of the stove.) The second visit we shut the dog away. He was singing and talking to the stove. He called it a monster. I thought his humor was excessive.
