An unfortunate mess...
Daniel was absolutely wonderful throughout this whole almost 2-week saga of trying to get a part, getting sent the wrong part and finally getting the right one... so it's "fixed" but my washer is still doing the same thing and not draining. All that time, and still in the same boat. It's really unfortunate. 5 stars for the fantastic, positive, super helpful Daniel. 0 stars because it's still broken and not draining and its all a mess. Average of 0 & 5... 2.5 stars and I'm rounding down for sure.

Not so good...
Left parts in the freezer... which I wasn't sure where they went. and another thing and it's just within the next day or so, it didn't work properly and we had to call again.

Replace ice makers
Mark replaced my ice makers today in my LG refridge and freezer. I was not happy when he refused to pull the ice maker frame and remove a spacer that I had put in To fix the ice maker issue originally. His refusal will create extra work for me when he could have easily went the extra distance and took care of it when he was in there. This to me was unacceptable and showed Lack of initiative on his part.

Lee Review
Lee addressed the technical problem, but he walked into the house with muddy boots, tracking up the floor which my Wife had just cleaned, he should have taken the boots off or have had a clean pair to put on.

Poor Service
Matthew was on time and professional unfortunately he wasn't allowed to test the breaker to determine why my dishwasher isn't working so now I have to call an electrician which will require paying someone else on top of what I just paid.

Great service but way overpriced
My tech was good. He did the work needed and was professional. My issue is over $300 for a dishwasher latch reset. No parts needed. Latch stuck in locked position and needed a minor tweak. Less than 10 mins to fix . I wasn't expecting to pay nothing but this is not a fair price. Will not use this service again.

Ice maker "repair"
Not so sure the repair actually repaired my faulty ice maker. Technician had zero personality, seemed unsure how to solve the problem, and wasn't sure how to pull the refrigerator out of its spot. Did not provide insight into the cause or how to prevent it in the future. Did not tell us how to know if the repair was successful; I guess just wait to see? Commented that if it's a certain part, it might not be something that can be fixed. Also? Scratched my hardwood kitchen floor while moving the refrigerator. Didn't clean the floor mess that he made. Disappointing.

Dryer repair
Marcus did the best job he could, but the dryer is still not fixed. He did a stop gap repair to make it work, but all of the pieces I bought and had installed were totally unnecessary.. I will more than likely buy a new dryer in the next month. I had 4 visits by repairmen. None really knew what the problem was..
