The tech who came out for my freezer service was Rawle F. and he knew within a minute what the problem was. He explained everything to me (I know nothing about the workings of a freezer) and was extremely professional.

Derek is great. Sears Home Services is awful.
My oven was broken for 72 days. Sears did nothing for the first 30 days except send parts when the problem hadn't been diagnosed. The texting service was useless and I was never able to speak to a real person when I tried to get in touch. I will never buy anything from Sears in the future. The protection plan I purchased is virtually pointless.
