Rob did an excellent job of repairing my ref He was thorough in explaining the problem ! He presented buying an insurance plan well enough that I did purchase the extra coverage ! Very well manned and professional Enjoyed my working relationship with him !

Charles was professional and friendly. Unfortunately, my new Frigidaire gas range cannot be adjusted to be a better functioning range. I am not unhappy with the repair service or Charles. I am, however, extremely disappointed in the quality of my Frigidaire range.
