Dish washer repair
Experience was great very profesional repair man. Very personable. Explained what he was doing and how it was fixed. Even played with our very annoying Yorkie. Nice repair man! If I need send him again.

Cesar was great and the only reason I would use this service again. The system for the appointments is HORRIBLE!!! We had our second appointment. WE responded to EVERY call and text about the part arriving and the confirmation. We received notice they were coming and we waited ALL day on a SATURDAY with no one coming. We could not leave our house and we could not prep and cook the meals as we did not know when they were coming. You cannot call anyone or email anyone. It is AWFUL to have someone waiting from 8-5 for service. You should be able to tell them 8-1/1-5. It was terrible making another appointment which made us wait weeks for a repair. Again without Cesar we would never use this service again due to the HORRIBLE experience with the scheduling service. When I mentioned it to a group I was with - they all said was it Sears and A&E without knowing who I used. If you don't fix this soon you may be out of business. Even now the chat does not allow me to chat with a person. I also contacted the warranty people and they came back telling me what I already knew - I had to schedule another appointment.
