The technician straightened a kinked drain line left by the tech that installed the pump. I have not had a load to run yet, but Ian demonstrated to me that it was working. I will know for sure when I run a full cycle.

He was a great tech!!! The one you had scheduled for my original service call is a scammer as he told you he came and replaced parts on my dishwasher and as you can see from the photos was clearly lying.

My service tech was fantastic!! Sears home Protection service as a whole is less than desired. This started on The 9th and they just fixed the issue on the 27th. There were several canceled appointments in between as techs never showed and always had to reschedule.
