I have had multiple dealings with Brian and every chance he gets he will not show up, or pass off the work to someone else!

Extremely disappointed
There were a few pieces of eggshell in the dishwasher so the technician told the warranty company I had not maintained my dishwasher and effectively voided my warranty which I had two more years on. I wish he never come to my house

Nice guy but
Alex is a nice but he was completely wrong, I got a 2nd opinion on what he said about the outlet how much voltage was coming out. I got the outlet tested and it's completely fine the issue is the dishwasher which we still need fixed! This was a disappointment and I truly want my money back!

Sears lack of support
Tech wasnt ready or Just didnt seem to care, had to google the error code, told him I tried everything/searched no luck. He kept trying, then went to his truck, talked to his senior support from his truck, called from truck, said he did everything he could and to contact GE. I asked if he would come back in the house to explain the issue, said he was done. Left. Nice support - please replace with new dishwasher or please send experienced tech.

Awful customer service. Overpriced repairs
The technician took forever to get to the house. Once he arrived, he gave me a quote that was more than the cost of a new dishwasher. He then tried to continually sell me on a home warranty. I will NEVER buy another Kenmore again.

Problem persists, no part ordered
This was a follow-up visit after having several parts replaced. Dishwasher was making a knocking sound during wash cycle. Two men came out, said washer arm simply wasn't snapped into place, and left. Within a few minutes it was knocking again. I called Taddick, told him the problem, and he said he could "have hem order a new spray arm" and I agreed. So far I have received nothing to confirm a part has been ordered nor another follow-up scheduled to install it. Was this part ordered?

out 3 times, still not fixed
the first technician came and told us he had to order parts and once they came, HE would come back and install them. He also told us we could use the dishwasher because it was working on and off. one clip was broken. Then a different technician came and told us we had to attach our dishwasher so he could come back and detach it and put the parts on and reattach it. He left and we requested the first technician, he came out and he also wouldn't fix it. he said the machine was in a different position than the first time he came out. I explained that it shifted because we used it a couple times. I offered to pull the machine out because by this time the other clip broke, still no service. I am not a technician, I feel in his experience, he should have advised us to not use the machine. Also he was saying if he did fix it, it MIGHT leak and he couldn't be responsible. By that reasoning, nothing would be fixed because anything could happen anytime. Terrible experience.

Appliance Repair
Our Bosch dishwasher had suddenly stopped working. Doug said it was the control module, which was no longer available, and replacing the dishwasher was the only option. I called Bosch, who said the control module was certainly available and gave me the part number. I was able to find a Bosch service representative who came out today, and said control modules were rarely a problem. Within 2 or 3 minutes he found the problem was a loose connection in the junction box which connects the power to the dishwasher. A loose screw in the junction box caused a wire to overheat and burn out. This was replaced within 10 minutes, and the dishwasher works fine. Doug told me there was power to the dishwasher (which there evidently was not) and that the control module must be the problem. He seemed uninterested, and must not have looked in the junction box, which was easily accessible. He suggested I purchase a Whirlpool ("which is made in the USA") and gave me the name of an establishment in Superior, WI that sells them. I am not sure he was familiar with dishwasher repair. My previous experience with Sears repair was much better, but it seemed that Doug was over his head and didn't want to deal with my problem.

Didn't fix
Dishwasher still letting water into Dishwasher when the dishwasher is off and pump runs to drain with dishwasher is off. 2nd attempt to fix over a month.

I am not impressed with the service from Sears
I have been dealing the the same problem with my dishwasher since mid September, and today is 12/22 after 3 visits and two separate part replacements, the technician didn't bother to stick around to see if the problem is fixed or not. After he left, we have the same error code again. It's been 3.5 months since our first technician visit. It shouldn't be this difficult to take care of a problem. Poor customer service.
