Lawrence arrived at my home roughly 30 minutes after I received a text message stating he was in route. He worked efficiently and replaced the parts needed. He also drove my tractor and adjusted the steering wheel position. He did an excellent job.

Alan is an expert at what he does! His customer service is top notch. But I am sorry to say that the customer service of your company is the worst I have dealt with in 50 years. It took one month to get all of my parts delivered. A box was delivered that stated it was 2 tractor tires . Upon opening it there was a refrigerator drawer inside! It took 14 days of having an A.I operator hang up saying goodby and NEVER reaching a LIVE person! Will NEVER use your services again! You should be glad you have Alan and George on your team!
