Bosch wall oven
The technician did a great job. The problem was he wasn't able to do his job because he didn't have any technical support on our Bosch wall oven. In my opinion if you are sending out a technician, they need to have resources available to do the job. Appliances are changing everyday, the technicians need resources available.

The first service person they sent initially to repair my dishwasher showed up wearing a hoodie which he kept over his head the entire time. Very unprofessional and nothing identified him as a Sears repairman. He needed to order a part and come back another time. The second time someone had to come they never showed up and we waited all day for nothing. The third time they sent Shael who was polite and had a shirt identifying who he worked for. I just wish the service repairmen would have booties to cover their feet.
