Steve was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue and was able to adjust the appointment in order for my Protection Agreement to cover all costs.

Technician was knowledgeable and offered pragmatic economical solutions. The only reason for 4/5 stars is not his fault. The scheduling system is TERRIBLE. Should be able to: a) contact a human with scheduling questions and b) choose a window of time for appointment t that is narrower than ALL DAY.

Fridge is still down and food is spoiled
We waited a week for a technician. He spent less than an hour and did no testing just decided we needed a solenoid, installed one and left. Next day the fridge was doing the same thing as before. Called for assistance and was told we had to wait another week. Waited and now have been told we have to wait another week. Cannot get a person on the phone, just an annoying computer voice. Not a happy customer.
