Paul came out again to install replacement parts on our range. He worked hard at leveling the range to see if that helped the new parts not make noise. It didn't help. He took pictures and a video to record the noises being made to send to the appropriate folks. He is an excellent employee.

Paul was excellent! Very knowledge. I would really like to talk about the first guy that was here, RJ! He was awful! He used my bathroom while he was here and that is unforgivable. He will never be allowed back in my house!! And he used up my time for nothing! He should be fired!
