Dryer partially unplugged. Nobody asked me to make sure dryer was partially unplugged in when I called for service. Therefore, I disagree that I should pay the $100 deductible. I will cancel this service agreement.

After dealing with a previous vendor who wouldn't return a call or AHS requesting vendor to call me , which they didn't. I had concerns on this repair company and repairman. What a wonderful surprise!! Paul sent out an appointment Time,it was met, he figured out very quickly what the problem was and Repaired. Paul was very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. If I have an appliance problem again, I would request him as my repairman, he was that fantastic
