He listened to my concerns. Then he found the problem. He showed me how to make the green leaf go away. Thegreen leaf doesn't spin as good so I learned how to take it off. The regular spin will help get more of the dampness out. Thanks for sending him.

Great customer service. Paul explained what was going on with my freezer and why the door wouldn't shut. He cleared out the ice from the door. He suggested i unplug the fridge for a few days and leave the doors open to let all the ice build up melt. That is what was causing the door to stay open.
