Dryer fix
Very fast and polite well job done but didn't pick up the boxes left them throwing in hallway after explaining that I got hurt yesterday

FINALLY they came for the 4th time and actually fixed the fridge. Wait time without a fridge for over a month was not an easy task. Contractor showed up ordered part then rescheduled for a week later from first initial visit. Part did not get shipped or something happened was rescheduled on second visit. Third visit was scheduled waited all day to get a message at 530 pm that tech was sick or vehicle broke down and rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. Finally have a working fridge after over 4 weeks of waiting for Sears to repair.

Since dryer was working today after not heating earlier repairman did not replace the hearing element!!! He said he's not allowed to do such! Don't know how to react. He said if it quits working altogether we could call again. We still have the part in box!

He diagnosed the problem as a sensor. We bought the part and installed it. Nope. Not the sensor.

The reason for the score is simple. After 5 1/2 hours no water has entered the tray to make ice. The water filter is new . From the troubleshooting guide given to me by Paul a missed diagnosis may have occurred. The red light inside the freezer flashes twice pauses then flashes two more times. I have unplugged the refrigerator/freezer twice to reset the control boards but the light continues the same pattern. According to the guide this is controller boards. These lights were flashing the same prior to the replacement of the ice maker. I spent $590.58 for nothing.

Didn't Check with Frigidaire Master Technician
Rolla never showed on the appointed day. He sent me a not late in the day that our refrigerator was not repairable and that he had told Frigidaire it was not repairable. I called Frigidaire the next Monday and was informed that result was not acceptable to them. Instead he was supposed to come to our home and call the Frigidaire master technician while here. Only then could the unit be labeled "unrepairable".

Washing machine repair
Why would you send a repair person who doesn't have the part with him. That is so is unacceptable. I called in and talked with Zac about the problem but he never ordered the part needed. You have the dumbest people working for you.

Communications lacking
He sat in repair vehicle for better than 30 minutes before coming to the door. Did the same when he left in my driveway. Not impressed with his (lack) customer service skills.

Technician very efficient. Sears customer service is terribl
The technician was great when he was able to do the repairs. Because Sears doesn't allow overtime, it took weeks longer than it should have to get the technician here. I am not happy with how long this took. Sears scheduling is subpar, and it is impossible to talk to a human. They have no customer service.
