I appreciate the calls to keep me updated when he was coming, the work he was doing, and the result. My son was there to and said Albert did a fantastic job and was very professional. Thank you Sears for still being here.

My only complaint is the fact that on his first visit he asked me for 2 signatures. I didn't know until I got the emails showing what I signed for. I really didn't appreciate acknowledging that my floors might possibly get damaged in fixing the dishwasher, because he didn't say anything about that possibility. Even though the signature said that I was aware and that he had explained that to me. Otherwise he would've gotten a 5 star review.

Al at our home early, he was congenial, got right to work, and finished in good time. Question? How do I pay for this service? Send check to where? Pay with credit card how? He left without me finding this out.
