Albert is great but I'll never buy sears anything ever again. It's the middle of August and the first service on this new only 5month old) appliance was called in the beginning of March. Sears refuses to replace it. This has had three parts installed. I have no faith it will work now.

Albert was such a nice guy to work with. He tried to help me deal with the manufacturer's awful warranty services, and ultimately it's been a huge miscommunication issue, but he was kind and patient and the fridge is fixed (hopefully for good)
