He was very patient with me while he heard me complain about the many problems I've had with this refrigerator that I've had less than two years, and the disconnect I've experienced with Sears in trying to get it repaired. It is truly a "lemon. ".

Very efficient, only thing I would prefer is a phone call or more close to exact time. Hard to make sure anyone is home with a long window and a text several minutes before arrival.
