Service technician Bryan was very knowledgeable, personable and experienced, also extremely kind. I’m a disabled senior and he treated me just like an able bodied person. Very conscientious about his work and my property (washing machine).

Bryan is very knowledgeable and thorough. He's the best repair tech I've ever met, and I've met quite a few. He is only limited by the inefficient system employed by Sears Appliance Repair. Note there are no review questions pertaining to the AI system(s) that the company employs.
