Technician themselves was more than capable, very kind, empathetic and aware of my time and situation. The company behind him is frustrating, hard to get ahold of due to the AI assistant, and constant rescheduling. Over the course of repair I had at least 4 cancellations where they all waited until just before 5pm before cancelling and asking to reschedule. A frustrating experience I wouldn't wish on anyone all just to be told "Talk to LG even though you have a home warranty thats contracting us."

The repairman left my 90 year old mother in a mess! He did not replace the freezer grates properly and now the ice machine doesn’t work. I am extremely disappointed in Sears service, this is the second attempt to repair and it still not fixed. Am extremely disappointed in the number of cancelations from Sears (three for this repair attempt and 4 for the previous attempt). and the in inability to speak to a human. The number of useless AI generated text and emails was beyond aggravating. Now I have to try to get the repair done again!

DO NOT USE SEARS SERVICE. It’s all AI. Service did not fix our washing machine issue. Service tech was nice, however he left the cold water valve loose and it leaked overnight and into the next day before we realized it. Getting good communication back with Sears is a nightmare. No idea if it will ever be resolved.

I called to make an appointment to get my washer fixed they asked me my personal information I gave it to them they said I'm sorry that's the wrong number that was my phone number then they said I'm sorry we do not have you on file they never gave me a chance to talk to anyone and tell them what I needed it was very impersonal very unprofessional and I would never call them for any kind of service
