Spencer was a great technician. He guided us through the process of getting our malfunctioning freezer door replaced. It was a few weeks in happening, but he was able to install the new door today. He has always been prompt and curtious, and knowledgeable about what was going on. We’re very appreciative of his time and efforts on our behalf.

Mitchell let us know when he was arriving by sending an email. Once he arrived he discovered the problem with the freezer light wasn’t the LED bulb but severed wires and he was able to repair and reconnect the wiring. He did an excellent job!

The service tech could not repair my refrigerator. He could not order any of the parts because they do not make them anymore. He told sears and they told him to order them anyway . He told me if he did it the order would sit for three months.im going the call sears tomorrow and see what they have to say. Not real happy with them so far

We paid $596.40 on Feb. 12th & $197.47 on Feb. 26th to repair an overheating oven problem that is still happening. My next appointment wasn't going to be until March 26th. I am disappointed in both the misdiagnosis & the lack of urgency.

Our LG washing machine broke, which of course, is devastating when that happens. I found Sears Appliance Repair and made an appointment for just a few days later, which was great! The person was supposed to come from 8am-5pm, but at 8:00, their ETA was 9:30. Well that comes and goes, then they’re supposed to come around noon, nope, didn’t show. The times kept changing until it was 8:00pm and nobody had showed up! The real kicker though? They text saying our appointment was being rescheduled for mid-NOVEMBER !! Really? Um…no, it’s not being rescheduled because I’m not waiting 2 MONTHS to get it fixed when someone was supposed to come that day and never showed up. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate. We never even talked to a person; this was all done by text, which was even more annoying to not get an explanation from a human for a no-show. I’ll find someone else, thanks. I’ll never contact this place again.
