Warranty call thru 1st American was called in May 8th, assigned to Sears, initially it went fairly quickly but we knew this would take weeks( we never thought it would take months) approx 3-4 weeks they came back, repaired 3 of the 4 issues, and forgot to order the burner. ordered it and scheduled us for July 6th.. YEP 2 months later.. on July 6th they closed out the claim and said it was complete, however they NEVER showed up. We called 1st American and are waiting on some type of update or resolution because you cannot get in touch with a live person at SEARS. 1st American offered to give us 50.00 off another appliance (2 months and counting. We have had them for a long time, we knew so we bought a new stove already ( plan to put this on in a rental) .. would not recommend sears and its getting harder to recommend 1st American warranty company

Had repair rescheduled three times. Taken multiple days off of work since repair window is 8-5. Unable to speak to a US-based agent. Parts say delivered to “Ashland” and signed for by “Tarr” yet Sears says they were delivered to a wrong address. Parts ordered for a third time. Promised return phone calls multiple times. Nothing. I will be canceling my home warranty and buying a new dishwasher. This is beyond bad at all levels. Please do not ask me to follow up as I know I will be sent into the international call center abyss where promises are made and nothing happens.

After 6 weeks the Tech arrived to change a part they ordered and left without verifying the dishwasher was fixed. My dishwasher was not fixed and I had to call them back to repair it. Who installs a new part and then doesn’t check to see if it fixed the problem? Sears service has fallen to rock bottom and seems to survive strictly by name recognition. 0 out of 5 stars if possible.
