The tech was wonderful - but the automated system was most frustrating. The service call was delayed twice because I could not get it to accept that the part had arrived and I was waiting. Tyler was fast, professional, and courteous, and I look forward to resuming maintenance and repair for our other appliances.

Technician was very polite and courteous. I did not like the AI to set up appointments and to try to address concerns. I was not able to speak with anyone as Sears have no live agents only AI agents. Thus may be fine for some, but this did not work for us. I initially began in January to have me appliance repaired and today is March 12th. I have read many complaints about Sears Hone Service and cab fully relate to others’ experiences. I do not plan to use Sears in the future.

There was an issue with the dryer and it was not fixed on the first day. However, when we contacted them they came out immediately and got it fixed.
