Wonderful and exceptional service! Such a gentleman and informative during the whole process! Extremely grateful during the total experience as it was quite a frustrating situation as the first technician did not check the machine but charged me for it. But Jonathan went above and beyond! Totally professional and fixed the issue with kindness! TY (ps the overpricing was the previous person’s mistake)
