This was literally the worst repair experience I’ve ever had! They give you a 8 AM to 5 PM window that you have to be there in case they come and then they rescheduled on us four times before they finally came out into the repair.. Nobody has time to wait around every day for four days while they cancel over and over again before they finally come and fix something absolutely will do everything I can to have someone else come next time

Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for June 3rd to repair my washing machine with an 8-5 window. I took off work and received no call from the technician who never showed up. I called their customer service line and they blamed it on me for not confirming I had received the part. The technician ordered the part in front of me and scheduled the June 3rd appointment and said "I will see you Tuesday" when he left. They also sent me a text that morning saying my appointment was confirmed and someone would be there in the 8-5 window. If you value your money or time, do not use this company who clearly doesn't care and then will try and blame you for their screw up. I now have to take an additional day off work to get it repaired, with no refund because Sears "only handles the scheduling end". 0 stars, use a local shop or repairman and save yourself the hassle. They will auto-reply and say we are sorry to hear that call this number, but I have already talked to their customer service people who are completely unhelpful and will just tell you too bad, reschedule.

Attempting to get repairmen from Sears is like a root canal. They may have a local number but every single person to speak with is foreign. It takes weeks to get on the schedule. Unbeknownst to me my dad bought that useless home warranty through them also. Save your money and call an ACTUAL local company that speaks good English !! You can buy NEW appliances for what the warranty costs and getting service. You have been warned !

If I could give this a zero stars rating I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with repair or service companies! The whole process went on well over a month. We had a technician come and figure out the problem and said he would order the parts. Long story short my repair appointment kept getting cancelled due to waiting on parts, I’m talking this happened 4 different times. Everytime I called customer service they said the technician was still waiting on 1 of 3 parts. It was just a total disaster. After the 4th time of cancelling my appointment time I requested a cancel and refund of my money(which was half a grand by the way). Then the next morning the technician Spencer called me and was rude with me stating that I was the one kept cancelling and he had the parts the whole time, I called out his bullshit and that was the last I heard. Super thankful for my bank for actually getting me my money back because this company had zero intention of refunding me. I went with Lowe’s and got a brand new deep freezer for only acouple hundred more and it was delivered to me in two days. This company is extremely unprofessional and they just do now care. I went over a month without a deep freezer waiting on a service that was never provided to me when I could have picked another company and got a new one in two days. Never ever again will I use this company for anything!

I’m pretty sure this company is a fake. I had a built in microwave repair scheduled through my home warranty with this company. At the first visit, they stated they needed to order parts. I waited 2 months and never heard back about the parts. I contacted my warranty company and they stated that I needed to schedule an appointment to have to parts installed. I scheduled the appointment, the tech came out and initially stated that it was a diagnostic visit and I explained that he had already been to our home and was supposed to have ordered the parts already. Once he looked at the microwave he remembered coming to the house. He stated that our order was put in wrong and he had to reorder the parts. He scheduled a follow up appointment two weeks out. The appointment day came and he never showed. I contacted the home warrenty company and was informed they were waiting on parts. When the parts finally got to Sears I was able to schedule an appointment and did so immediately. The appointment day came and I waited ALL day (the appointment window was from 8 to 5). No one ever showed up so I checked my email and I received a message from Sears stating my service was complete and that some parts had been installed while some had been sent back. At the bottom of the message the technician comments said “parts returned to sender” “closed order”. There was no technician name only a number which was 0008623. I contacted Sears and was on the phone for hours trying to find the technician so I could get the parts for the microwave and have someone else install it. Sears could not identify who falsified the receipt stating parts were installed and other parts were sent back, they stated they have no protocol for fraudulent claims and told me to contact my home warranty company. I contacted them while on the phone with Sears (from my husbands phone) and they couldn’t get through to the “business to business” department and advised me that they would escalate the call. A few days later my repair was sent to a new contractor and now I’m starting over again with getting the built in microwave repaired. Sears wasted nearly 4 months of my time already and I still have no working microwave.

The repair technician pulled into my driveway, didn't exit vehicle, didn't perform any repairs, left the property. Not cool I have been without my dryer for weeks waiting on this guy and he bails without any repairs and marked the appointment completed and sent me receipt and invoice for zero dollars.
