Very bad service They broke my appliance completely and won’t take responsibility for it . Technician didn’t know what he was doing.

One star is to much for this worthless company!! My Technician was suppose to arrive yesterday 2/19/24 to trouble shoot my washer. I had a family member waiting at my house for over 9 hours while I was at work and the tech NEVER SHOWED UP or even had the decency to call and tell me they couldn't make it.. This company wasted a whole day of my mother's time and hasent even tried to contact me to reschedule or even make it right!!!
