I wish there a zero review. Waited all day for a tech (Joshua) to show up. They gave me a tracker for the arrival and it changed 3 times and then the tracker was disconnected. They gave me a window from 8am-5pm. No show and no call. I also signed up for the uearly warranty they were offering and I canceled that as well. Very disappointed. The tech could of called me if he had to cancel or reschedule. I should not have to reach out to you again. That is your responsibility to make it right. Joshua should of reached out to me for the no show or try and reschedule. I will remove the review when you make it right.

Terrible. Waiting for repair/parts over 55 days. Went to the store to discuss what the problem was, and there is NO store.

We were very pleased with the P. Kegan who repaired our LG Washer today November 16th. He was a great repair mans. and a nice person to welcome into our home. I rate Him the best. Reta Knight.
