Richard is the the best technician we have ever had. He listens to us and isn't afraid to tear apart a machine to get to the root of the problem. He explains the working of the machine in detail and makes sure its right when he leaves.

Tyler correctly diagnosed our old broken washer as needing to be replaced because the spin cycle has not worked for several years, and it makes aloud buzzing noise.

He never showed up. We got a notice the job was completed, but nobody came to the house. The was AFTER he didn't order both parts needed to begin with, so we had to schedule two appointments. We've been trying to get this resolved since May 9th.
