AI service only if you call. They do not have live representative to speak to and I will not do business with an AI. Human’s should have human jobs. If they will cut people to not answer calls they’ll cut other corners as well and I don’t do business with corner cutting operations.

No stars take this one away I only chose it so I can leave a review this is the worst company I have ever experienced to communicate or should I say not communicate. Was scheduled for dryer repair on 1/6 waited then 11;30 the AI SAID NEED TO RESCHEDULE FOR 1/16. Took another day off work and again the AI said my slot schedule is not available. Multiple #'s but never a human to answer. Been without a dryer for weeks bad company.

Friendly service technician came out timely to test our 10 year old dryer. The problem was explained along with the costs that sears would charge along with only a thirty day parts and labor warranty for control board. Sears wanted to charge over $850.00 in parts and labor to replace a cellphone size control board. Instead of paying for that we went to a competitor and bought a new dryer instead. It's a shame the last time we had a control board replaced it was cos effective. I can't recommend this company for repairs they are overpriced compared to the competition.

You cannot speak with a live agent. I was given a 2 hour window from 9:30 am to 11:30 am with a note saying I would contacted if there was a delay. Nobody showed up in time period. Not until 4 hours later did I get a message that it would now be 5 pm. Nobody showed up at 5. I could not contact a live agent. Someone showed up finally at 6:30 but I wasn’t home then. The repairman says he is not allowed to speak to humans at work either, he only gets his assignments from AI bots. I will never use Sears again. This was unacceptable
