I know that some technicians are more competent than others. There are a few who wear capes. Brian is at the top of those few. If Brian shows up at your door, rest easy. Your problems are about to be resolved.

Josh explored all options to determine the cause of the noise we were hearing during the dying cycle. He was unable to determine the cause with the diagnostic tools he had - including calling corporate for help. It was not possible for him to replicate the noise. He recommended I take a video of the sound I was concerned about and then reach out for help again. I appreciated the fact that he did not dismiss my concerns.

Terrible service. Unable to contact a human. 3 no shows so far by technician on scheduled days. 2 additional rescheduled. Still no show , not fixed 33 hours during appointment time wasted. AND parts and labor are already paid for. They still can't tell me what time they "might " show up Friday. Between 0800 and 5 pm. Great

Josh is the worst service tech I have ever encountered. I'd give him 0 stars if I could. He refused to call LG and order the part for my microwave. Said I had to order it myself. Called LG who told me that's the service techs job, not mine. (I agree) Told me to call him back and have him order the part. Called Josh 3 times on his cell in 3 weeks telling him HE needed to order the part and to call me back. Josh ignored my calls and never called back. Ended up calling LG back and requested a different repair service to do the job. Which was handled quickly, professionally and without issues. My microwave was repaired by a service tech who did his job, ordered the part and fixed it. And he was professional, courteous and polite. All within a week's time. I don't recommend Josh or Sears Home Service to anyone. There is no phone number to call and reach out to actually speak to a human who's in charge. It's all AI. I only had Josh's cell number. Which Josh is aware of which means you can't report him and there's no accountability for his completely unprofessional behavior and rudeness. Which is why I'm doing this review, which came into my email.
