I wanted to buy a part and could not find this store. I don't think it exists. When I called the number I just got an 'Ai repair agent' voice chat thing. Not helpful.

They damage my property left my ceiling leaking. Popped my fuse and now my basement is leaking. I will be seeking legal help now. My refrigerator is still broke. I didn't get nothing but screwed and my money taken. Not allowed in my home again.

First, they didnt put my washer back in place until I asked.He left without us checking out if it worked or not. It doesn't! Now they need to return!

3rd time in a row no one showed. Auto rescheduled. Tech called but said warranty company should order part. Warranty company said reverse. Cluster to get the water fixed. Going on 3 months

I had a sewer back up in my basement and as a result the washing machine no longer was operational. I requested for service on the washer and told the technician there was a sewer backup in the basement and that my insurance company needs a report stating why the washer is no longer working. When I spoke with Rubin he mentioned the washer was damaged because there are components which got wet.. When I received the receipt and the estimate neither document made mention of why the washer was not operational. I called back to Sears home service on same day and was told a new report would be issued and to wait 2 days. After not receiving the updated documentation I followed up and was told it was not possible to issue a report on why the unit was not operational since I did not move forward with a $1600 repair on a $600 washer. I essentially paid $139 to be told the washer does work. And now I need to call someone else and pay again to be able to move forward with my claim.

I feel like Oscar had very poor customer service! I felt stressed and that I was taken advantage of because I was a senior. I was shocked to be charged $329 labor for a service call that lasted less than an hour. As he was leaving he told me that the dryer was making a rubbing sound so he oiled it. He wasn’t sure how much longer it would last. When I asked him why he didn’t tell me this before I spent $489 on it! He said that I called Sears because the dryer wasn’t drying not because of the motor. I will never use Sears service again. I called them because I thought they were a company I could trust! I have tried calling the 800 number and can’t get past the AI Samantha. Is there another number I can try to connect with a live representative?

Rubin cleaned up another techs mess. However after the next test load with the washer, washer still leaks. Called to cancel contract prematurely and was hit with an immediate $25.00 cancelation charge. As a consolation offered $150.00 refund which is a joke! Charged $77.00 twice plus the $100.00 deductible for a total of $244.00 total and a month and a half without a washer. The washer still leaks after two cancelations by Sears and two technician visits! My grandmother, mother, mother-in-law all have Sears Home Repair but, you have lost a customer.

Regardless of what the text/emails state, we never heard from the technician until he was at our door at 4:41pm. We were told to wait all day from 8-5. At 3:40 we received our first text saying he would be there around 2:10. There were several WRONG updates after that. The fact that the problem SHOULD be covered under warranty, the remaining cost except for THAT ONE part was almost the cost of the whole fridge. First - do better with communication and your customer service. Do what you say you are going to do and update people on an approximate time. Second, we will never buy another product from Sears when you cannot get reliable and reasonable service on appliance. Good old Dave said that everything is automated so he doesn’t have to tell us when he is arriving EVEN THOUGH that is NOT what the emails/text stated.
