The repairman was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issues, ordered the correct replacement part and returned later to complete the repair The repair was done quickly and appears to have resolved our issues.

Happy to have our oven back! Everything went as promised and our technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for orchestrating our oven repair. Price seemed a bit much, but because we love our Maytag, we decided to repair rather than replace .

Rubin was pleasant, knew what to do right away and came prepared not needing any help from me. The older Kenmore glass top stove in biscuit - better and stronger quality than new ones (11 yrs old) pricey to fix but they don’t make in biscuit color/quality of product as this one. Just a small burner went out and cost of new burner + labor was $609.
