Rubin was pleasant, knew what to do right away and came prepared not needing any help from me. The older Kenmore glass top stove in biscuit - better and stronger quality than new ones (11 yrs old) pricey to fix but they don’t make in biscuit color/quality of product as this one. Just a small burner went out and cost of new burner + labor was $609.
