He was very rude and only here for less then then 15 minutes. He didnt have a business card and didn’t want to give me his full name. He talked to me as he walked away from house as I was at the door.

The scheduling process was terrible. Only Wednesday appointments! From scheduling the first appointment to have the repair done was 4 weeks! No live help, just a robot by text. Terrible communication. Since this was a warranty repair, I had no choice but using Sears Repair.

Waited weeks for the appointment. Many. many texts and emails confirming the 8am till 5pm time slot window. Canceled last minute and rescheduled in 3 more days. No thank you!!! Terrible customer service!

This isn't a real place. The phone number is a scam line that does not connect to Sears. The location does not exist. I drove to the exact address listed, and there is not a Sears on location. All the 5 star reviews must be bots or something? EDIT: See their response below. They want me to send the "information" to a facebook page, which is a bizzare response. If it were a real company, they would know that this google page contains all the information that they would need. Very scammy business, stay away!
