Michael S was the Sears technician who came to fix our dryer. He was very knowledgeable and after a couple of tests he knew exactly what was wrong. He ordered the part and had it delivered to our house, and within a few days when the part arrived, he came back and completed the job. He is an excellent technician. I was also impressed that I received texts regarding arrival time for the work to be done.
