Gas/electric 14 year old GE oven that had no previous problems. cord cone tor on range stopped working and was arcing(flashing light at connection (GAS range!!! gulp). Super knowledgeable, efficient, detailed , system technician who really knew their stuff. Parts ordered and 3 trips from home base to my house over an hour. punctual and friendly. Felt safe with their work and very happy to have my oven back.
