Technician was great when they showed up. Initially, almost every appt scheduled was canceled or a no show. New Frig delivered Oct of 2024, No ice Feb. 2025, after many service calls, finally resolved, with exception of only dispensing crushed ice October 2025.

Tech. was good. Sears screwed the scheduling up, and I had to wait all day for 3 days waiting on scheduled visits, which were cancelled at the end of the day. Tech. finally showed up on the 4th scheduled day.

Twice parts ordered didn't show up in time for Mike's repair. First time, incorrect parts were sent. Mike did a great repair job. What should have taken approx 10 days, drug out to over. 3 weeks.
