These guys are crooks. My family's fridge was having issues, so they called these guys. The tech came over, fiddled around with the fridge and couldn't figure out what was wrong. The tech then came up with a bull crap answer saying the issue was the outlet and that needed to be redone for the cost of $900.00. My family obviously said no for an outlet fix of $900.00, he charged them for the diagnosis and left. Problem with this crappy service is, the outlet works. How do I know? Because the issue with the fridge is that the freezer works, just not the refrigerator portion. There is sufficient power and nothing wrong with the electrical, the fridge portion of the unit is not cooling. Tech gave a baloney answer that they knew would make my family say no to, just so he could get out of there because they couldn't figure out how to fix the fridge. These guys are sending in workers who don't know what they are doing. They need to refund my family for wasting our time and taking our money.

He lost some bolts so then he just didn’t put them in so like the part that he put in supposed to have 4 V and it only has two and then there are some other one that he couldn’t find a bolt tour and he put a replacement in, but he said it’s not the same Just stuff like that. I really not questioning if I should even use it cause I really don’t want to do damage or start a fire or anything like that.

Technician and assistant (3rd attempt)came to repair my Frigidaire galaxy icemaker. They left without talking to me and when I checked their work, I discovered the refrigerator door did not close. There's nothing obstructing it except where they miss installed the icemaker. I'm very disappointed in the extreme un-professionalism I experienced.

I've had two appointments cancled. this is the most pathetic bullshit company I've ever delt with. You've been paid now do the work.... better business bureau is gonna be involved. Called you or texted you every day for a week. Then on the day of schedule, 6:43am your appointment is today between 8-5 . At 4:45 pm, sorry we can't make it today, would you like to reschedule. No I cancel. Are you kidding me!!!! Cancelled and called another service. Tuesday texted would you like to reschedule. Harassment, do not use this service. Rip off!!

This is the worse service company I’ve ever dealt with. You can’t reach a real person. If you do you can’t understand them; they’re in a room with 50 other non-English speaking people. They give you a “window” of between 8 am and 5 pm. That’s not a window. You can check to see how many people are in front of you, but that keeps changing. Twice they changed the day of the appointment, after the appointment time getting later and later and then eventually just cancelling, without so much as an email, text, nothing, thereby wasting a day’s work - actually, in my husband’s case two days work at a total cost of $240. When they did come, it was not fixed right. We called someone else. They discovered that they didn’t take everything out that they should have, there was a disconnected/broken wire. So now we are awaiting another part. We paid in advance $600 some dollars - for nothing. At the root of the problem is the fact that we bought a Samsung fridge for $2,200 some dollars. Biggest POS I’ve ever had appliance wise.

Very expensive!! $750.00 for a compressor that was covered under warranty is ridiculous. It calculates out to about $250.00 per hour for labor. The technician left the old compressor for me to dispose of which sucks. That’s the price you pay for buying appliances from a box store!! The local appliance store (which is very good) refused to do maintenance on box store appliances which I totally understand. Lesson learned pay now or pay later!! Good news is the refrigerator works for now.

Worst service company I've ever worked with, trying to get appliance fixed for 2 months. The parts are here and they have been paid, they have bumped my appointment 5-6 times without notifying. After this finally gets fixed, I'll NEVER use them again. Responding to Sears comment: I have talked to that phone number multiple times, they actually can't "Help" with anything. I have expressed my frustration and nothing is fixed. They can't get ahold of the technicians, and only ask me to reschedule which I have done multiple times. They have even told me to call a phone number to talk to someone that can resolve it, then gave me the SAME phone number.
