Shaun and myself kept in touch because I had broken parts sent to me in the shipment. Both didn't want to waist anyone's time by coming back an forth an not being able to fix anything. When the parts came again I opened the box to check them After I new the everything we ok then I confirmed my appointment. Then I texted Shaun that I had the appointment set up an date and all the parts were in tact. I due like having a couple of them same service repair Technician. They know my product. I have had the service for 30 years and appreciate the great service Shaun has given to my Appliances. Effort on his part has always been a + + PLUS.

Technician completed the job in a timely manner. The only problem was the scheduling. The people scheduling need to see where the customers are and schedule the appointments so the times can be met. I had 8-12, but he didn't come till 2:30. Frustrating!
