I am glad i got warranty, the service was fast,pleasant, and effecient. The only disappointment in the process is the long 9 hr window wait time. 8am-5pm. Couldn't the time be narrowed down some.

Great customer service! Would prefer if we were offered an 8 AM to 12 PM or a 12 PM to 5 PM window. Instead of 8a to5pm window. We waited all day and then he came at 4:30.
