Technician was great but problem with process.
Technician was great. However process to report problem, set up time to have technician diagnose problem and order part needed and finally schedule time for tech to come back to repair was difficult, frustrating and very timely! Had to get to right person, that person had to contact person to schedule. I then had to wait for call back from scheduling. Never received, no voicemail left so had to go through entire process again. Again no call back received or voicemail. Finally went to website and clicked link which gave me a message about date technician was scheduled to arrive. Poor service! Hoping repairs correct problem as would not want to go through this process again.

Fast friendly service
Very nice technician. Analyzed my problem fairly quickly. Determined it would not be cost effective to repair my 2 yr old like new LG dishwasher. Very unhappy with that news. He answered all my questions with his expertise in the field. I would definitely like to use him again. Just Want to say the online sign up for service is not for me. I would prefer talking to a real person with real dates and times. I absolutely hate that you can't tell me morning or afternoon anymore so the whole day is wasted waiting. Sometimes even more than one day at the last appt. And 2 to 3 weeks out for a down appliance is ridiculous. I need to find something faster. If my frig goes out I can't Wait 3 weeks to find out what's wrong. I don't have enough coolers or ice for that nonsense. If everything Wasn't built so crappy it would last longer. I'm going broke replacing stuff that used to last. Anyway. Thanks Chris for your help. You are a good man. I hope they realize it and treat you well.
