He fixed the water filter which was stuck and needed a new manifold.

The error code disappeared and we couldn't replicate the problem. I will monitor and let service know if the problem returns.

First tech that showed up today did not know how to work on microwaves. I didn't know it was going on, but you guys sent somebody else out later in the day. A new tech and a teacher.. they were awesome

Chris arrived within the given window. He patiently waited while I looked for the paperwork that included the washer model number. When he came back to repair the washer he quickly finished the job and made sure the washer was working. We were happy with the work done.
