Technician was great, but it took them a week to come out, then had to order parts . Parts arrived a week later then another 2 weeks to finally install parts and fix dryer. A month is too long to fix an appliance. Techs came from Michigan, not from my local store. You can't reach a person to talk to on phone, totally automated. Again the techs doing the work were GREAT!!

Disappointing, the tech was fine, but your system didn't inform him of any details of our issues. So he wasn't prepared with the needed parts. I supplied your system with the make and model of our machine.

William came out, examined the washer for 5 min and said it was the suspension rods. Said it would be $500 some dollars. I’ve never had a repair cost that much and questioned it. He said the part was $212 ( which was a lie, I just ordered them for $40). There not even that much on sears parts website. Then said labor would be 300 some. I think the guy just didn’t want to do the work so I sent him on his way. He came with a bad attitude and asked what’s going on with the washer, they don’t tell us anything before getting here. Well maybe because your website doesn’t ask what’s going on like other companies websites do. Update: we changed that part and that wasn’t even the problem. So they weren’t even good to pay for the diagnostic like I thought after he spent only a few minutes looking at it.
