Our repair person Sean did a great job. On time, stayed in touch and was very transparent. I was very pleased with his service. However, making the appt thru the new hub was a disaster, contacting a human to ask questions because this was my first time using the whole house warranty was time consuming and frustrating with many phone calls, many transfers to different humans and then a massive miscommunication, so I had 3 appointments for 1 appliance. I spent way too much time and energy to make these appts. Then Richard the AI assistant kept texting me and asking the same questions at least 3 and 4 times. And at one point got a bit spicy with me. Frustrating. That AI has got to be tightened up.
