Notified me of his arrival time that AM. Prompt. Friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my washer repairs would pretty much equal cost of new machine so decided to purchase a new one. He gave me his thoughts of a good dependable machine brand to buy.
