Sean and Corey did an exceptional job of diagnosing and repairing my Whirlpool refrigerator. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I'm not a huge fan of the Sears automated phone calls and emails (which were frequent and glitchy) or the scheduling UI (which is clunky, as well), but the techs were great. It's hard to find someone to fix Whirlpool fridges, and they were able to come out for the diagnosis quickly. I would recommend Sears based on these two technicians. However, I think Sears could improve their UX to better serve the user... not sure they did any testing there.
