Technician Frank did a great job, and his help fixing my dryer was much-appreciated, as was his communication when on-way the morning of the appt, which is the reason for my 5-star rating here. :-) HOWEVER, the availability of appointments is difficult, as only 9-hour, 8am to 5pm, windows are available. Also, these availabilities are a week or two out, just between Mon-Fri, making taking a day off work to have appliances fixed necessary, in order to meet technician (as well as a sufficient wait in the meanwhile without said working appliance). 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm options NEED to also be available in future, please, so that half-days taken off of work can be another, more feasible option for these appointments (when one pays the $200 or so per machine nowadays for yearly coverage through the protection plans). Thank you for your consideration of this, for future appointments for myself & other customers into the future. ~Cari O.
