Service tech was knowledgeable about the product being serviced. I felt the repair part of the quote was over priced.

The service provided by Frank was great, he was very professional and communicated very well. I was not impressed with the scheduling system. I am self employed and had to rearrange my entire day, which meant no income for me, because Sears could not let me know in advance what time the repair person would be arriving. I would have been pleased if the time frame could have been narrowed down between morning or afternoon. It seems to me at the close of business on Thursday Sears would have known if the repair person would be heading to Chippewa Falls first thing in the morning.

The technician was good. What was not good was the AI assistant, the cancelation of appointment & then rescheduled of appointment on same day, and lack of a customer service phone number to reach a human & the ridiculously high price you charge for parts & service. Never again.

Stay away. They only have AI customer service and it’s horrible. I have not gotten what I paid for, the technician showed up on the wrong day, and now I can’t get any help. Maybe this review will get their attention. Probably not though. They have all my wrong contact info because their AI sucks and doesn’t confirm data or give you a method to correct it. Edit: Sears responded, with one of the phone numbers that loops me right back to the AI. Not helpful, unable to resolve issues. If I could give negative stars I would. I suspect the review response was also AI driven.

Service man told me I need a $400 + display board. Was no voltage to ice dispenser motor. I just tested the wiring and it is receiving 115 volt to dispenser motor. For cube ice and shaved ice. So it is definitely a bad ice dispenser motor.
