The service provided by Frank was great, he was very professional and communicated very well. I was not impressed with the scheduling system. I am self employed and had to rearrange my entire day, which meant no income for me, because Sears could not let me know in advance what time the repair person would be arriving. I would have been pleased if the time frame could have been narrowed down between morning or afternoon. It seems to me at the close of business on Thursday Sears would have known if the repair person would be heading to Chippewa Falls first thing in the morning.

Tech was great. It turned out that the only issue was the belt was off. Service tech was at my house for 20 minutes, charged me over $300.00. Effing disgrace!

Washer needed a repair and I was told there would be a diagnostic fee if I should decline the repair (this is fine). Tech comes out to the house and realizes they can't fix the machine due to not having the part, I am then still left with a 120 dollar "diagnostic fee" even though I was not given the option to move forward with the repair. I am frustrated due to the verbiage of their support. I was under the impression that I would only be charged that fee if I declined to move forward with the repair not if they were unable to do the repair. Seems like cheap marketing to me.

Frank came to my home to do service on my washing machine. The parts arrived 1 month ahead of this appointment. He opened the parts and said the drum was warped and had to be reordered. I have all ready wait two months from my first call. I said this was not acceptable because I can't wait another two months. He called company to order parts and charge me for a second service man even though the company gave him a code for the second man. He said the code didn't work but wouldn't call for another code. I said I wouldn't pay for the second guy he asked If I wanted to cancel the service. I told him he could put it where the sun don't shine and I walked away and he left and cancel the service. He didn't take the parts with him.

Very expensive and misdiagnosed the issue. Our tec said we needed a new pump in our washer without touching the machine. That diagnostic cost $100 he ordered the $200 part quoted installation at somthing like $300. Also said we would have to un stack washer dryer. At this point it's almost a new machine so we got a second opinion. The drain was clogged we paid someone else $120 for an hour of labor and machine works fine. We are still working on getting a refund.
