THIS IS A MAJOR RIP-OFF.... Part was never ordered, never received any service and account is now in "dispute" with Sears appliance claiming part was sent even though repairman says it was never ordered. Will be warning others under no circumstance ever use or call this so called service. I am so upset and will be letting any site I can use to warn other gullible people to just not EVER use this non-service outfit. Frank is the one that told me part was never ordered and to cancel. He said the company was having "issues"

I made appointment for repair of dryer. The tech came out a diagnosed it quick an set appointment time for a week later an ordered my part a sent it to my house. It took one week for ordered part. He was suppose to be here today but cancelled my appointment. I tried to call the call center an was on the line for 45 minutes with no customer service. They have 3 ways to call an if you use your phone with # in order it wont let you talk to somebody. Very frustrated a will never use Sears again because of there appointment system/call system. Get your tech # so you don’t have the problem I am having.
