Shawn was very pleasant in no personality, he was knowledgeable about my product, gave e hints and tricks to try in the future. He even took the time to call SAMSUNG , the maker of my dryer. Would have him back anytime!

My 6+ year-old oven needed some help after a heating element went out and the pre-heat function was not working after the main circuit board went out. Joseph, and his teammate, were able to make the updates and confirmed everything worked. They were both professional and easy to talk to. I appreciate their efforts and my working oven.
